Happy Pi Day 2015

As you know from my previous post, we canceled the Pi Day party. However, I still had some treats to be made and eaten. This year, I didn’t want to buy big frozen pies or go through the work of making pies from scratch. I wanted something small, cheap, and easy. Now, you can get Keebler’s Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts, but I’m not a big Graham Cracker fan. Instead, I used the Athens Mini Fillo Shells!

Here are all the ingredients: Fresh Strawberries, Mini Fillo Shells, Whipped Cream, Philadelphia Cheesecake Filling, and Chocolate Pudding.

These mini pie crusts are tiny! My hands are small, so they are smaller than they look here.

I preheat the oven to 350 degrees and then baked the pie crusts for 3-5 minutes!

This pre-made ready-to-eat cheesecake filling is super convenient and tastes good.

I sliced up fresh strawberries to put on top of the filling.

You can fill them in any combination of cheesecake, pudding, strawberries, and whipped cream!

HAPPY PI DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
